Order Questions

+ Did you receive my order?

Thank you for placing your order on byAllen.com! We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received, but this may take up to an hour. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please be sure to check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, please contact consumerservice@allencompany.net and we’ll be happy to help you!

+ When will my order ship?

You will receive emails to keep you up-to-date with the status of your order. We typically ship orders out in 1-3 business days, so if you haven’t received the shipment confirmation, you will shortly!

+ Why is sales tax added to my order?

Allen Company collects sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local laws. Because Allen Company has a business “presence” in the states of Colorado and Tennessee, orders shipping to those states will have sales tax added during the checkout process.

+ How do I cancel my order?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve changed your mind about your order. If you have not yet received your shipping confirmation email, please contact consumerservice@allencompany.net, and we will do our best to cancel the order for you before it leaves our warehouse.

+ Where can I find a local retailer?

Allen Company products can be found in many locally-owned stores across the country, as well as big-box stores, and online. Click here to find a participating local retailer.

+ What kind of items do you have?

Allen Company is one of the largest manufacturers of hunting, fishing, archery and outdoors accessories, so chances are, we have what you’re looking for! The best way to view all of our products is by looking through our online catalog.

+ Do you carry other products, such as NRA official targets?

We are the officially licensed manufacturer or many brands, including NRA, Ruger, Remington, Mossy Oak, Realtree, Muddy Girl Camouflage, and more! Please browse our online catalog, and if you still haven’t found what you’re looking for, our Consumer Service team will be happy to help you if you email them at consumerservice@allencompany.net.

+ Is there a size chart to help me find the right product?

We understand that finding the right-sized accessories for your firearm, archery products, and other hunting and shooting accessories can be a challenge, but we’re here to help! Please check out the sizing charts and other great information available in our Knowledge Center.

+ Do you offer any products that are made in the USA?

Yes! We manufacture many of our products domestically from both domestic and imported components, including many of our handgun, rifle and shotgun cases, and other products.

+ On my shooting stick, there is an elastic cord and a short rubber piece, and I don’t know what they are for.  Can you explain?

The narrow elastic cord is there so that if you remove the V top piece, it will not fall away and be lost.  The thicker, shorter rubber piece is an extra strap you can place around the rifle when it is in the V top for added security.  If you don’t want to use either of these features, you can simply remove them.  

+ Are broadheads legal in my state?

Broadhead regulations vary from state-to-state. Please consult your local hunting regulations before purchasing broadheads to make sure you are in compliance with local laws and regulations.

+ What is the warning label on my product?

At Allen Company, we want to arm you with information as you use our products, so we include warning labels on our products where applicable. The warning label(s) you may see on your products depend on the type of product. It could be a safety or instructional label to help you understand how or when to use your product. In other cases, you might see the Prop 65 warning label. This is a warning label that is required to be in compliance with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65. Under that statute, any product that is sold in the State of California and contains a chemical that the State of California has determined cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm are required to carry such a label. The fact that one of our products carries this label does not mean it is unsafe. On the contrary, all of our products, when used as intended, are safe, and they all meet or exceed safety and performance industry standards. Nevertheless, some may contain small, some minuscule, amounts of a chemical that can be found on the State of California’s Proposition 65 list.
