If you purchased your Allen Company products from a reseller, please return your product to that reseller under their return policy. Allen Company will not honor returns for items purchased at retailer locations or websites.
Allen Company has a 30 day return policy for products purchased directly from the Allen Company website only. You may return your new and unused Allen Company products within 30 days of the receipt of your product for a full refund of the price of the product. Shipping is only refundable in the case of Allen Company error. Shipping will not be refunded for sizing or personal taste issues, or if the consumer has changed their mind. The consumer is responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of Allen Company error.
No refunds will be made after 30 days after the consumer receives the product (according to the tracking details).
Items may not be returned if they have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or if the packaging is not in its original retail condition, or if the tags have been removed. If any of these conditions is not met, Allen Company may refuse to process the return.
To return an item purchased from the www.byallen.com website, you must first have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA# may be refused. For further instructions, please contact our Consumer Service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at (720)446-5631.
Allen Company recommends insuring all packages that are returned, as Allen Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
To make an “exchange”, please follow the return process listed above and place a second order for the new item you wish to receive. The second order may be placed before or after credit has been received for the original item, at the consumer’s preference.
